The Universal Series is produced in Surftech’s trademarked Softop construction. Copied in name but never duplicated in performance and durability, look to Surftech for the real deal.

These boards, designed by master shaper Randy French, have more volume in the center, along with special “stabilizing rails” for easy balance, extra glide and effortless handling in chop and waves. All these features make then fun and fast and allow you to ride a shorter board.

The Universal Series is the ultimate, super stable all-purpose board. If you can only have one board for all conditions, this is “The Solution”.

Universal 10' 6"

With the full rail and flatter bottom, the 10’6” Uni­ver­sal is the most stable board for it’s size on the water! Subtle entry rocker and added tail rocker make this board paddle fast and maneuver easily from the tail. The ideal board for larger paddlers or those trying stand up paddling for the first time. Also the ideal board for whitewater paddling due to the increased stability.

Featuring a completely built in soft EVA deck pad for superior traction and grip along with an ergonomic carry handle.
